Summary
Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services is issuing one-time directed payments to community mental health service providers through HealthChoice Illinois Managed Care Organizations. Eligible providers must submit a Community Mental Health Directed Payment Form and current W-9 to HFS.BBH@illinois.gov to receive payment.
Action Required
Immediately: 1) Review the Department's posted one-time directed payment calculation report on the community mental health reimbursement webpage to determine eligibility. 2) If eligible, prepare and email both the Community Mental Health Directed Payment Form and a current W-9 to HFS.BBH@illinois.gov. MCOs cannot issue payments until both documents are received.
