Immediately: Pharmacy staff must update inventory systems to recognize NDC 60505-6277-0 for CISplatin Injection (50 mg/50 mL) from Apotex Corporation. Use scannable linear barcode from FDA Appendix 1 if product barcode fails to register. Verify lot numbers 3E001C88, 3E002C88, 3E003C88, or 3E004C88 before dispensing.
