IMPACT Provider Enrollment team is no longer taking phone calls on Wednesdays and Thursdays to address enrollment application backlogs. Provider assistance will only be available Monday, Tuesday, and Friday from 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM CST at 877-782-5565.

Immediately: Update team protocols to only contact IMPACT Provider Enrollment on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays between 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM CST at 877-782-5565. Inform staff that no phone support is available on Wednesdays and Thursdays for enrollment applications, modifications, and revalidations.
