Update provider enrollment to select appropriate Provider Type/Specialty/Subspecialty combinations per Table 2. Remove any supervision requirements for unlicensed ABS staff and eliminate collaborative agreement documentation. All ABS service providers must ensure enrollment in IMPACT system.
