Summary
Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services is implementing multi-factor authentication (MFA) for the Pharmacy Provider Portal effective August 31, 2023. Existing users must create a One Healthcare ID account to maintain access, while new user registration is temporarily suspended.

By August 31, 2023: Existing users of the Illinois Pharmacy Provider Portal must create a One Healthcare ID account following the instructional documents on the Illinois RX Portal pharmacy webpage. Contact pharmacy consultant at 877-782-5565 for questions. Note that new users cannot be added until further notice from HFS.
