Summary
Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services has contracted with Maximus to implement Continued Stay Reviews (CSRs) for Medicaid residents in Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Facilities (SMHRFs). All SMHRFs must ensure their Census Report is accurate in the AssessmentPro PathTracker system before the September 1, 2023 launch date.
