Summary
Illinois Medicaid is increasing practitioner reimbursement rates from 60% to 70% of Medicare rates effective April 1, 2024. Claims with service dates from April 1st will be rejected with error code C93 until federal approval is received, then automatically reprocessed at higher rates.
