By July 1, 2024: Home Health Care Service providers using WellSky must begin transmitting EVV data to HHAeXchange or switch to the free HHA solution for Cures Act compliance. By November 1, 2024: IDoA and DHS DRS providers must be ready for EVV data integration with HHAeXchange. Billing teams should contact the dedicated Illinois provider help line at 833-961-7429 for assistance and register for bi-weekly townhall meetings starting June 18, 2024. Failure to comply with EVV requirements may result in claim rejections.
