The Department of Healthcare and Family Services is implementing multi-factor authentication (MFA) and login changes to the Application for Benefits Eligibility (ABE) Portal on July 26, 2024. Providers who use the ABE Portal for Medicaid eligibility applications should attend the training session on July 23, 2024 to understand the new login process.

By July 23, 2024: Billing team and staff who use the ABE Portal should attend the WebEx training at 2:00 PM CST to learn about new multi-factor authentication requirements. Register at the provided link or watch the recording afterward on the HFS Application Agent webpage. Update login procedures for ABE Portal access starting July 26, 2024.
