Illinois Medicaid is re-launching provider revalidation in the IMPACT system starting September 3, 2024. All actively enrolled Medicaid providers must revalidate their enrollment every 5 years or face disenrollment and payment interruption.
Action Required
By your revalidation due date (visible in IMPACT starting August 21, 2024): Log into IMPACT system to check revalidation due date. Ensure all contact information is current to receive 90-day and 30-day notices. Complete revalidation for each service location before cycle end date. Update all licensures/certifications and prepare required documentation. Failure to revalidate will result in disenrollment and non-payment for Medicaid services.
