Summary
Effective January 1, 2025, Illinois Supportive Living Program providers will see changes to Personal Needs Allowance (increasing to $120/month) and Room and Board amounts (decreasing for both single and double occupancy apartments). Medicaid reimbursement rates for supportive living services must be at least 54.75% of the average nursing facility per diem rate to help offset the Room and Board decreases.
