Action Required
Immediately: Billing teams at hospitals must update their use of the inpatient and outpatient rate calculators to enter old facility IDs instead of 12-digit provider IDs. Reference the 'Old ID Key' tab in the calculators to find the correct old facility ID, which will automatically populate the associated 12-digit provider ID. Graham Hospital must use the updated outpatient rate effective February 9, 2026.
