Summary
Illinois HFS has resolved a system issue that was incorrectly denying claims for IATP Child and Family Team services (G9007) when submitted without modifiers. Providers can now resubmit affected claims from December 1, 2022 through February 10, 2025.
Action Required
Immediately: Billing team should resubmit all denied G9007 claims with dates of service from December 1, 2022 through February 10, 2025. For claims needing timely filing override, submit electronically with HFS 1624 Override Request Form as attachment.
