Access the iQIES provider portal and use the 'Delete/Manage Change Requests' button for all future submissions. Ensure requests are only submitted for the four specified reasons: test records, wrong unit certification, wrong state/facility ID, or non-OBRA/Medicare Part A records. Train staff on the new online process and monitor request status through iQIES.
