Summary
Effective May 20, 2026, legally responsible individuals (family members/caregivers) who are certified CNAs can now provide and be reimbursed for CNA services to Medically Fragile and Technology Dependent waiver participants aged 21 and older. This creates a new billing opportunity for home nursing agencies serving this population.
