Summary
Children's Community-Based Health Care Centers providing nursing care for transitioning children from hospital to home will receive a rate increase to $1,300 per day effective January 1, 2025. This applies to fee-for-service billing only, and the Department will automatically adjust previously paid claims.

For future claims, ensure billing system is configured to bill at the lesser of usual and customary charges or $1,300 per day for Children's Community-Based Health Care Centers.
