Summary
Illinois has released the Fiscal Year 2026 Disproportionate Share Hospital (DSH) determination letters for enrolled hospitals. These letters contain adjustments for DSH payments, Medicaid Percentage Adjustments (MPA), and Medicaid High Volume Adjustments (MHVA) and are now available for download on the Department's website.
