Summary

Maryland MCOs must report when Temporary Cash Assistance recipients fail to appear for initial appointments within 90 days of enrollment or subsequently complete missed appointments. This applies only to adult or minor parent TCA recipients with signed consent forms for substance abuse treatment information release.
