By July 1, 2003: Billing teams at all qualifying clinic types must update billing systems to use procedure code T1015 instead of their current codes (M0008 for FQHCs, W9941 for Maryland QHCs, W9994 for Family Planning, W9940 for Children/Youth clinics). Update encounter forms and billing software rules. Old codes will be deactivated after June 30, 2003 and claims using them will be denied.
