Summary

Action Required
By July 1, 2006: Billing team must download the updated 75-page Physicians' Services Provider Fee Manual from www.dhmh.state.md.us/mmaiproverinfo to obtain new CPT codes and updated fee schedules for approximately 1,400 procedures. Update billing system with new reimbursement rates for general surgery, ENT, E&M and anesthesia services.
