Originating sites must bill E&M codes (99201-99205, 99211-99215, or 99281-99285/99288) plus Q3014 for physician offices or 0780 revenue code for hospitals. Distant sites bill consultation codes (99241-99245 or 99251-99255). Rural program limited to specific Maryland counties; stroke program available to all hospital emergency departments.
