By January 1, 2017: Stop billing discontinued codes G0477, G0478, and G0479. Update billing system to use new codes 80305 ($11.81), 80306 ($15.75), and 80307 ($63.00) for presumptive drug testing. Ensure only CLIA waived providers bill 80305 directly - refer codes 80306 and 80307 to enrolled laboratories. For SUD patients, bill these codes to Beacon Health Options instead of MCOs. Only one presumptive testing code may be billed per day.
