Update reimbursement tables in billing software to reflect county-specific rates for SKN (0551), HHA (0571), PT (0421), OT (0431), and SP (0441). Verify that the agency's home office location is correctly mapped to the appropriate county rate tier. Ensure all claims submitted on or after January 1, 2021 use the updated rates. Do not apply the rate increase to DMS/DME (0273) billing. Notify providers and billing staff of the rate changes. Failure to update rates may result in underbilling and revenue loss.
