Summary
Blue Cross Blue Shield Illinois will conduct annual chart audits of Independent Physician Association (IPA) providers starting June 2026, requesting random samples of 2025 charts from primary care and behavioral health providers. Selected IPAs were notified in May 2026 and will receive follow-up emails with chart submission instructions.
