Summary

By July 1, 2024 (retroactive): Billing team must update fee schedules in billing software to reflect new Model Waiver Case Management rates: W1614 $1,314.42/month, W1616 $1,314.42/month (first month), W1618 $657.21/month (subsequent months). Resubmit or adjust any claims billed between July 1, 2024 and the date of system update if current rates were underbilled. Ensure all staff billing these codes use updated rates going forward. Failure to apply correct rates may result in underpayment or claim adjustment requests from Maryland MCP.
