REQUIREMENTS: By August 27, 2024: Hospice billing and administrative staff must register the provider organization for Qualitrac Provider Portal access at https://telligenmd.qualitrac.com/ and complete the DocuSign registration process. Authorized official must ensure full account access is operational before September 3, 2024. By September 3, 2024: Billing and clinical teams must be trained on submitting Continued Stay Reviews through Qualitrac for all Medicaid hospice patients with continuous enrollment exceeding one year. Establish workflow to identify eligible patients and compile required documentation for periodic CSR submissions. Contact Telligen Registration Specialist (qtregistration@telligen.com or 1-888-276-7075) with questions. Attend online training offered by Telligen (recording available at https://telligenmd.qualitrac.com/education-training/). Failure to submit CSRs or obtain approval may result in denial of continued hospice service coverage and claims denials for non-authorized services.
