Action Required

Action needed
Immediately: Billing team must verify all speech therapy claims are billed under fully licensed SLP NPIs only. Terminate any limited license SLP provider accounts in billing system. Update encounter forms to require supervising SLP NPI for all limited license SLP services. Claims billed under limited license SLP NPIs will be denied.
