Summary
EmblemHealth Plan, EmblemHealth Insurance Company, and ConnectiCare are expanding their Bridge Program to offer five combined networks to large non-ASO group clients. Providers already participating in any of the listed networks (Prime Network, National Network, ConnectiCare Choice, QualCare, or First Health) will automatically be able to see these new members without additional credentialing.

Immediately: Billing team should verify participation status in EmblemHealth Prime Network, National Network, ConnectiCare Choice Network, QualCare Network, or First Health Network. Update patient eligibility verification processes to recognize new Bridge Program members from these expanded networks. No additional credentialing required if already participating in any listed networks.
