Summary
EmblemHealth and ConnectiCare are rolling out a new provider portal that began July 12, with all providers expected to transition by end of July. Each user must have a unique email address (no sharing), a designated Portal Administrator must be assigned, and Internet Explorer is no longer supported.
Action Required
By July 31, 2024: Assign a Provider Portal Administrator/Office Manager for your practice. Ensure each portal user has a unique, active email address (no shared emails allowed). Update web browsers to Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge - Internet Explorer will not work. For ConnectiCare users: Request manager approval to submit preauthorizations in the new system. Access training guides and FAQs provided by EmblemHealth and ConnectiCare.
