Summary
CMS requires providers to complete mandatory training for each dual-eligible special needs plan (D-SNP) they participate in. ConnectiCare providers must complete training by Aug. 31, 2021, and EmblemHealth providers must complete training by Oct. 31, 2021.
Action Required
By Aug. 31, 2021: Providers participating in ConnectiCare's Choice Dual (HMO D-SNP) plans must complete ConnectiCare's Special Needs Plan Model of Care training and submit attestation for certificate. By Oct. 31, 2021: EmblemHealth VIP Bold and Reserve Network providers must complete EmblemHealth SNP MOC training, while Network Access Network providers must complete ArchCare training. Training takes 15 minutes to complete.
