Summary
EmblemHealth/ConnectiCare has restored referral printing functionality in their Provider Portal as of December 1st. Providers who previously had printing issues should retry printing referrals and can now upload clinical documentation directly through the portal instead of faxing.
Action Required
Immediately: Staff should retry printing any referrals that failed before Dec 1st. For any printing issues after Dec 1st, use the Provider Portal message center to report problems. Stop faxing clinical documentation - upload directly through the Provider Portal instead. Review Provider Portal Training Materials if staff need assistance with the system.
