Immediately: Review Provider Guidance materials and download member flyers/checklists to share with patients. Primary care providers should access the PCP Panel Report through the provider portal to view assigned members and their Medicaid recertification dates in Column U. Actively remind patients about renewal deadlines to prevent coverage lapses that could affect billing and collections.
