Providers must switch to alternative clearinghouses like TriZetto or use the provider portals for transactions until Change Healthcare services are restored.

Immediately: If using Change Healthcare as your clearinghouse, stop submitting claims electronically through that system. Switch to alternative clearinghouses (TriZetto Provider Solutions, Availity LLC, Office Ally LLC, or others listed in policy) or use EmblemHealth/ConnectiCare provider portals for claim submissions, eligibility checks, and prior authorizations. Contact TriZetto to engage their services as primary alternative. Do not submit paper claims as substitute - they will not be accepted.
