Summary

However, as of April 1, 2026, Essential Plan members will lose access to Teladoc services.
Action Required
Immediately: Update patient eligibility verification processes to include Essential Plan 200-250 variant. Billing team must configure system to recognize this new plan type with reimbursement rates matching Essential Plan 1 and 2. Front desk staff should inform eligible patients (200-250% FPL) about this no-premium option. Note for future: Remove Teladoc billing for Essential Plan members effective April 1, 2026.
