Before May 1, 2026: Providers must register for a One Healthcare ID (OHID) account at the provided registration link if they don't already have one. Billing and administrative staff must transition all spine surgery and pain management preauthorization submissions from the OrthoNet portal to Optum's Spine, Pain, and Joint portal. Update internal procedures to access authorization letters through the Optum portal instead of expecting physical mail.
