Summary
EmblemHealth launched the Advocate+ Pharmacy Match program on January 1, 2026, requiring prescribers to route specialty medication e-prescriptions through FMH Pharmacy, which will then assign patients to cost-effective specialty pharmacies. Commercial members will use the new system while Medicare members continue using Accredo.
