Summary
Pennsylvania Medical Assistance (Medicaid) issued a legend/clarification document to correct column headers in their updated fee schedule for DME, medical supplies, orthotics, prosthetics, vision and hearing supplies. This is an administrative correction to make the January 1, 2008 fee schedule attachment more usable by providing proper column titles instead of just numbers.

For Pennsylvania Medicaid fee-for-service billing: Download the corrected legend attachment from the PA Department of Public Welfare website to properly interpret the DME/medical supplies fee schedule. Use both the original MAB 01-07-12 attachment and this new legend together when billing for durable medical equipment, medical supplies, orthotics, prosthetics, vision supplies and hearing supplies.
