Immediately: Billing team must remove the following codes from billing systems as they are no longer covered: A0080, A0090, A0100, A0120, A0160, A0170, A0180, A0190, A0200, A0210, A0888, S0209, S0215 (ambulance services); S9992, S9994, S9996 (clinical trials); S5035, S5036, S5518 (home infusion therapy); 99507, 99510 (skilled nursing services).
