Summary
Starting September 1, 2026, Priority Health will transition payment processing from their legacy system to ECHO Health Inc. in partnership with Optum Financial. Providers currently receiving EFT/ERA payments will be automatically migrated, while providers receiving paper checks must set up new payment preferences during the July 1-September 1 enrollment window.
Action Required
By July 31, 2026: Billing team must complete any final EFT enrollment requests with Priority Health legacy system. By August 18, 2026: Submit ECHO EFT enrollment requests if needed. Before September 1, 2026: Providers currently receiving paper checks must review payment options on Priority Health Provider Manual website and enroll in preferred payment method using TIN-specific verification code from notification letter arriving in early July. Monitor for dual payment operations during transition period.
