Summary
Priority Health is replacing their current prism provider portal with a new Epic-based Provider Portal on September 1, 2024. Site administrators must register beginning June 15, and all other users must register starting August 3 to ensure uninterrupted access.
Action Required
By June 15, 2024: Current prism Security Administrators must submit New Site requests for their practice immediately when registration opens. By August 3, 2024: All billing staff and providers must register for new Provider Portal accounts as soon as their Site Administrator confirms site creation. Sign up for training webinars specific to billing staff (scheduled for August 20 at noon). Failure to register before September 1 may result in delayed portal access and inability to track claims, authorizations, and disputes.
