Immediately: All Pennsylvania practice locations must update posted taglines to include the new top 15 non-English languages (Spanish, Chinese-Mandarin, Nepali, Russian, Arabic, Haitian Creole, Vietnamese, Ukrainian, Chinese-Cantonese, Portuguese, Bengali, French, Cambodian, Korean, Gujarati). Front desk staff must post new taglines in visible physical and online locations, include them in large communications, and ensure Spanish and Chinese-Mandarin taglines appear on small communications like postcards.
