Lucet’s Behavioral Health Provider Scheduling Tool for Eligible Members

Florida Blue has launched Lucet's online behavioral health provider scheduling tool for eligible members, allowing them to directly book mental health appointments with in-network providers through the member portal. This is an informational update about a new member self-service tool that doesn't change billing procedures.
