Florida Blue is moving Sleep Study authorization management from CareCentrix to Availity AuthAI platform effective December 29, 2025. All prior authorization requests for sleep studies must be submitted through Availity's AI-powered system instead of CareCentrix.

By December 29, 2025: Billing team must transition all Sleep Study prior authorization requests from CareCentrix to Availity AuthAI platform. Staff must create Availity accounts if not already established, complete training through Availity Learning Center, and update workflows to submit all sleep study authorization requests through Availity portal.
