Summary
Michigan MDHHS has enhanced their MILogin system and updated the File Transfer application for secure electronic exchange of Medicaid files, cost reports, and claims data. Providers need new authorization and unique login credentials to access the HIPAA-compliant system starting January 1, 2018.
Action Required
Before January 1, 2018: Michigan Medicaid providers must obtain new MDHHS File Transfer access through MILogin system. Contact respective MDHHS program areas for authorization. Each user must register for unique MILogin credentials at https://milogintp.michigan.gov - do not share login information. Failure to update access may result in inability to submit cost reports and receive claims files.
