EMS providers only: If providing COVID-19 monoclonal antibody infusions, ensure enrollment with CMS as monoclonal antibody therapy providers. Use appropriate HCPCS codes for administration (reference COVID-19 Response database for specific codes), bill drug cost as $0.00, and submit all claims to CHAMPS regardless of beneficiary plan type. Mileage cannot be billed.
