Summary

Michigan Medicaid adds Hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection screening as a covered EPSDT service for beneficiaries under 21 years old, following the 2021 AAP Periodicity Schedule. Additionally, prior authorization requirements are removed for MAVYRET® (glecaprevir/pibrentasvir) when prescribed according to FDA-approved labeling.
