Summary

Michigan's Electronic Service Verification system for Home Help services will now include travel time for laundry and shopping, allow corrections and resubmissions, and only pay for tasks actually checked on the ESV. Caregivers can add missed tasks within 365 days but can only remove incorrectly checked tasks before submission.
