By December 1, 2022: Providers must prepare for reinstated enrollment requirements including CHAMPS revalidations (check rescheduled dates in CHAMPS system starting November 2022), site visits with health protocols, fingerprint background checks for high-risk providers, and payment of previously waived enrollment fees.
