By May 11, 2023: Billing team must resume in-person requirements for MI Health Link waiver services - stop billing for telephonic re-evaluations, require in-person assessments, and obtain written signatures for person-centered plans. By November 11, 2023: End extended home-delivered meal allowances, restore 16-hour Private Duty Nursing limits, and resume normal HCBS setting requirements. Update billing systems to reflect these service delivery restrictions.
