Summary

Starting December 18, 2023, Home Help agency providers must enter their National Provider Identifier (NPI) in CHAMPS to save enrollment changes or complete revalidation. Providers without an NPI in CHAMPS may have payment impacts when Electronic Visit Verification begins.

Update CHAMPS profile immediately to ensure ability to save changes and complete required revalidation. Failure to enter NPI may result in payment stops and inability to complete mandatory revalidation.
